            Job Description

Develop and manage short-, mid-, and long-term production plans
Optimize production schedules based on customer demand forecasts and sales projections
Monitor and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery performance
Manage raw material planning, procurement coordination, and inventory optimization
Analyze production performance and drive productivity improvement initiatives
Establish, monitor, and report production KPIs to management
Lead and manage production teams and shop-floor operations
Collaborate closely with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Procurement, Logistics, and Sales departments
Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
Conduct capacity planning and support production expansion initiatives
