About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Aluminium Dynamics' manufacturing team as a Production Manager (Manufacturing) based in Largs North, South Australia. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring optimal productivity, efficiency and quality standards are maintained.

What you'll be doing

1. Managing the overall manufacturing process, including production planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimisation
2. Monitoring and analysing production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures
3. Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations
4. Leading and motivating a team of skilled production personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
