Production Manager Lead, Europe
We're looking for an experienced and hands‑on Production Manager Lead to join BRESH Europe at a defining moment in our international expansion. This role owns the end‑to‑end operational excellence of every BRESH show across Europe. You will be the highest point of accountability on the ground, from pre‑production planning through show‑night execution, building and leading the team that makes it all happen.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Show Operations & Quality
- Guarantee the correct operational execution of every BRESH show in Europe, ensuring full compliance with the BRESH production rider.
- Oversee all aspects of show operations: audience flow and entry, bar service, artist areas, and general venue functionality.
- Act as the final operational authority on the ground, making real‑time decisions to resolve issues and maintain show standards.
