Production Manager



What we are looking for:

We are seeing a Production Manager to champion Aldridge’s Incident and Injury-Free (IIF) safety culture while directing all prefabrication facility operations, production scheduling, and material logistics. The position ensures total alignment between manufacturing capacity and project site demands by optimizing plant labor, enforcing strict quality control, and mitigating operational bottlenecks. This leader aims to provide the safe, high-quality, and on-time delivery of components to meet all volume targets and project milestones.
