The purpose of this position
You must have a degree qualification along with a minimum of 3 years of practical experience in this role in a first-world manufacturing environment.
You will have to convince us that you knew the process in principle and that you have been able to influence it on the floor through your capacity to work with people.
You will know what you measured and why and how you responded to these measurements. We will contact your references to establish their views on your assertions.
The task involves giving influence to four manufacturing facilities in one large location.
We are looking for competence and care in return for which we will remunerate fairly and give real opportunity and support. We are after a stayer, not a hopper.
