About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and hands on Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and deliver outstanding operational performance. This role is accountable for achieving departmental KPIs through structured problem-solving, clear ownership, and continuous improvement.

As a key site leader, you will oversee day to day operations while driving sustainable improvements in productivity, quality, delivery, and cost. You will translate business objectives into practical, output driven production plans, ensuring optimal use of labour, materials, and equipment.

This role is based at our Glaisdale site in Nottingham and requires onsite presence five days per week.

This is a high-impact role requiring a visible, results-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes full ownership of outcomes.
