Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management: Direct all factory activities to optimize efficiency, safety, and productivity. Planning & Quality: Oversee production planning, raw material procurement, inventory levels, and factory quality control. Maintenance & Asset Management: Supervise preventive maintenance for machinery and plan for infrastructure expansion or investments.
