Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or a related field (preferred)
Alternatively, a combination of relevant experience and certifications in manufacturing or production management.
Minimum 7 years' FMCG food or beverage manufacturing experience
At least 3 years in a Production Manager or Senior Production Leadership role
Experience managing multiple production lines and shift-based operations
High-care food, chilled food, beverage, or juice manufacturing experience highly advantageous
Proven knowledge and experience with equipment, process and product design and commissioning –in line with requirement to maintain quality, throughput and effectiveness
Proven capacity to convert requirements to an achievable output and effective communicator of progress to all business stakeholders
