Overview:

TalentBridge is partnering with a leading manufacturing organization to identify a Production Manager to lead operations within a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

This individual will be a key member of the site leadership team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager and responsible for driving day-to-day production performance while continuing to build structure, consistency, and accountability across the operation.

The role is well-suited for someone who thrives in an environment where expectations are high, priorities move quickly, and there is a strong emphasis on process discipline and continuous improvement.



Scope of the Role:

Direct leadership of Shift Supervisors and hourly employees across multiple shifts

Ownership of production performance across safety, quality, throughput, and cost
