Lead the POWER SUPPLY / MAGNETIC production team to implement production activities in accordance with processes and programs, ensuring manufacturing orders (MOs) are completed on schedule and meet requirements.
Take overall responsibility for production line quality; ensure process abnormalities are handled effectively and promptly, implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce end-of-line defects and prevent recurrence.
Ensure production efficiency and effective utilization of capacity; minimize capacity loss due to improper operations, poor arrangement, or unreasonable use of overtime.
Oversee the overall production condition, work environment, and production discipline; ensure all qualified and non-conforming products are properly labeled and segregated; maintain a clean and organized workplace and ensure employees follow operating procedures and company requirements.
