Job Summary: The Production Manager is a hands-on, leadership-driven role responsible for overseeing plant operations at the Sumas facility. The role fosters cross-functional collaboration across Quality, Maintenance, HR, and Logistics, emphasizing Lean/continuous improvement, employee development, and operational excellence.


Compensation: $115,000.00 to $130,000.00
