Minimum of 10 years experience in a similar Production Manager role within a manufacturing / textile environment.
Strong knowledge of garment production, including production flow, line setups, SMV for garments, garment construction, and equipment/machinery oversight.
Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, quality control, planning, and team management skills, with the ability to manage a factory of 600+ employees.
Responsibilities:
Meet daily factory production targets while managing production flow, bottlenecks, quality control, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Plan, coordinate, and control factory operations, including resource allocation, equipment oversight, health and safety compliance, and production efficiency.
