Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager for our manufacturing company in Randburg.

Key Responsibilities Manage the complete production workflow, ensuring efficient collaboration across departments and on-time delivery of projects within budget and quality standards. Oversee daily, weekly and monthly production planning. Manage the full production process from stock availability to final manufacturing output. Ensure production deadlines are met in accordance with project schedules. Coordinate between procurement, design, planning, manufacturing, installation and management teams. Identify production bottlenecks and implement practical solutions. Monitor labour efficiency, material usage, wastage and rework. Ensure all production activities align with company standards and project specifications.
