Education

•University Degree or College Diploma in a technical field ; may consider equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in a union environment
• Good background in Continuous Improvement projects, scheduling, process support • Background in injection molding preferred
• Management of a site with 50+ employees and three-shift / continuous operations environment
• Strong background in business and operations
• Leader with people management skills who is positive and leads by example to motivate others to achieve specific organizational goals
• Experience putting in operational metrics and holding people accountable to same
• Strategic thinker who can advance business operations
