**Job Description**

The Production Manager leads and coordinates all manufacturing activities to ensure products are built correctly, on time, and within budget. This role oversees 3–5 Production Supervisors, partners closely with cross-functional teams, and ensures compliance with internal standards and customer-specific specifications. The Production Manager focuses on safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement while developing the skills and performance of the production leadership team.
