Position Overview

Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer demand, sales forecasts, and production capacity. 
Monitor production schedules and adjust plans to meet changing customer requirements. 
Perform capacity planning to ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and production resources. 
Coordinate with production teams to resolve scheduling constraints and achieve on-time delivery. 
Liaise directly with customers regarding forecasts, delivery schedules, order changes, and shipment commitments. 
Support sales projection planning by reviewing demand forecasts and customer requirements. 
Analyze demand fluctuations and recommend appropriate planning actions. 
Coordinate with Customer, and Production to meet delivery commitments. 
Analyze planning data, production performance, inventory reports, and forecast accuracy.
