Build the technology powering next-generation clean energy. We're looking for hands-on, reliable people to join our production teams in a brand-new, climate-controlled facility — no experience required, we provide full hands-on training.

**Hours**

+ 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM–11:30 PM (2nd shift trains on 1st shift initially — differential still applies) $19.80

**What You'll Do**

+ Work within a team to manufacture and assemble specialized components using manual, semi-automated, and automated equipment
+ Follow clear work instructions and quality procedures, with full training provided
+ Use precision tools like calipers and micrometers
+ Rotate through different tasks and departments as you build new skills
+ Help keep safety and quality at the center of everything you do
