**Job Description**

The position is responsible for setting up and operating equipment that blends, mixes, packages, and transports liquid or dry chemicals to create customer products. The role ensures the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost while meeting customer specifications and delivery requirements.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up, start, and run all machinery, checking all controls to adhere to operating, safety procedures, and ISO standards.
+ Weigh ingredients to meet recipe specifications, insert them into machinery or ensure correct ingredients are delivered to the work area and insert pre-blended materials.
+ Monitor production and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation, and troubleshoot equipment and processing issues.
