Responsibilities

+ Mix and manage chemicals for the encapsulation process.

+ Measure, weigh, and document production runs accurately.

+ Follow GMP regulations throughout the production process.

+ Set up and operate the fluid bed unit, including assembling the pump system.

+ Run equipment and oversee production operations while taking necessary readings and adjusting temperature and mixing speed.

+ Disassemble and clean units after production is complete.
