Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine manufacturing tasks following standard operating procedures and work instructions
  • Execute production processes including weighing, mixing, forming, and drying materials
  • Support pilot plant and full-scale production activities
  • Maintain accurate written and electronic documentation of manufacturing processes
  • Submit samples through ERP systems, perform basic testing, and coordinate shipments to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace using 5S principles (sweep, organize, clean, standardize)
  • Follow all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) policies and procedures
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance (cleaning, assembly, minor adjustments) under supervision
  • Operate a forklift and maintain current certification
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and cross-functional partners
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned
