**Production Operator – Finishing**
**Pay Rate:** $21.85/hr
**Shift:** 3:15pm to 3:30am; Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday

**Position Summary**
The Production Operator is responsible for operating machinery used to manufacture products from raw materials into finished goods, ensuring all processes and outputs meet established company quality standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to maintain accurate records throughout the production process.
