About the Role
As a Production Planner, you will play a key role in balancing demand and capacity across short-, mid-, and long‑term planning horizons. You will ensure the availability of finished goods and mother reels, support decision‑making with accurate scenario planning, and collaborate closely with our Manufacturing and Supply teams to secure high service levels. This role is part of our Supply Planning Consumer Tissue organization and will work in a hybrid model based in Barcelona.
What You Will Do
Short-Term Planning: Create and revise detailed daily production schedules, ensuring feasibility and alignment with manufacturing teams.
Mid-Term Planning: Develop weekly production plans for the 3–16 week horizon, lead mid-term review meetings, and evaluate capacity constraints and market dynamics.
Long-Term Planning: Prepare monthly 16‑month planning scenarios and support S&OP reviews with insights on risks, capacity, and prioritization needs.
