As a Production Planner, you will plan, coordinate, and optimize production schedules. These schedules must ensure compliance with demand plans, material availability, and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will guarantee the delivery of finished good products to customers on time. You will report to the Planning Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligned with demand forecasts and inventory goals.
• Create and release production orders in the ERP system (SAP/Oracle) according to the established schedule.
• Coordinate with the sales and logistics departments to prioritize urgent or special orders.
• Balance workload across production lines to maximize capacity use.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Manage risks of stockouts or excess inventory.
