The Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Supervisor is responsible in the end-to-end production scheduling and material inventory, ensuring finished goods meet sales forecasts while optimizing stock levels.

Responsibilities

• Production and material planning inventory control
• Conducts material and manpower assessment
• Analyzes manufacturing schedule for three (3) months
• Establishes capacity per model
• Establishes set target per process in activity monitoring
• Ensures daily DLC target ismet
• Tracks daily production output based on plan
• Ensures availability of materials three (3) days before production plan
• Supervises all material movements
• Tracks materials arrival and status
• Controls materials In/Out of production
• Ensures all system transaction in Odoo is executed on time
