JOB ROLE:

1. Order Analysis : Understand buyer requirements, order quantities, delivery dates, and product specifications.
2. Capacity Planning : Match order requirements with available machine capacity and manpower.
3. Line Planning : Allocate production lines based on style complexity, order volume, and delivery priorities.
4. TNA (Time & Action) Planning : Create and monitor the TNA calendar to ensure timely execution of key production stages.
5. Forecast and plan for raw materials , trims , and accessories .
6. Coordinate with procurement for timely sourcing.
7. Prevent delays due to material shortages.
8. Monitor WIP (Work In Progress) in real-time to track production flow.
9. Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks or delays in production.
