Position Overview

            Job Description

Lead and supervise a team of planners while fostering their professional development
Define and align individual and team objectives with the organization’s priorities
Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews related to key indicators (service level, on-time delivery, stockouts, etc.)
Define short- and mid-term planning strategies aligned with production objectives and demand forecasts across the different production sites
Manage risks related to stock shortages, production bottlenecks, or unforeseen events by developing effective contingency plans
Monitor schedule attainment with production planners and coordinate meetings with the production team to address and implement corrective actions
