The Production Planning Supervisor role involves responsible of overseeing activities related to the procurement of Direct Planning materials, parts, In charge of helping materials and production functions.
What a typical day looks like:
Guides order processing activities for major customer units.
Advises non-exempt associates regarding day-to-day priority of customer requests.
Serves as advanced interface with customer for escalations of order dedications, order expedites, and problem resolution.
Monitors and proactively addresses issues that impact performance to dedicated ship date time, reply time, and inventory goals.
