Plant Production Manager

Our client is a food production company in the meat and protein processing space.

The Plant Manager provides overall leadership and direction for daily production operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and results-driven work environment grounded in humility and teamwork. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on support across all areas of the plant, including abattoir.

Manage daily plant operations, including production, processing, packaging, maintenance, and shipping activities.
