Project involvement: Lead the DFM, DFT activity to drive process teamwork with R&D and quality for product robust design and feasibility study, come out the risk and proposal.Responsible for process design to meet the requirement of quality, cost and timeline.Manage all variant projects in one line to maximize the capacity utilization and flexibility.Participate the project gate review meeting as the key member to provide proposal to management team.Work with logistic team to monitor and review the customer demand and internal capacity, plan the capacity expansion and Capex application.
