Role Summary

The Production SPC Operator is responsible for monitoring, recording, and analyzing Statistical Process Control (SPC) data during production to ensure product quality and compliance with food safety standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, bilingual communication skills, and the ability to work closely with Quality Assurance and Production teams to maintain consistency and accuracy in manufacturing processes.



Key Responsibilities

• Perform SPC checks at defined intervals during production runs.


• Record and analyze data for weight, temperature, and quality parameters.


• Communicate deviations or non-conformances immediately to the Plant Manager and Production Leader.


• Support QA with pre-op inspections, label verification, and GMP audits.


• Assist with rework activities, ensuring proper documentation and label/date checks.
