Responsibilities

• The Copra Production Staff will be responsible for assisting in the processing of copra, from harvesting coconuts to drying the coconut meat and ensuring the product meets the required standards for quality. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in agriculture or food processing is a plus.
• Previous experience in coconut processing, agriculture, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic machinery operations and maintenance.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle coconuts and manual tasks.
• Attention to detail and a focus on maintaining product quality.
