Description

• Operate, monitor, and adjust bread heating equipment to achieve proper temperature, texture, and color.
• Perform quality control checks before and after heating, removing and reporting improperly heated products.
• Coordinate with cashiers/supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production with no bottlenecks.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and food hygiene standards; clean and sanitize equipment regularly.
• Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records of heating times, temperatures, equipment issues, and production data.
