- Monitor inventory reports of finished goods, semi-finished goods, and raw materials. - Calculate and track daily labor productivity. - Take responsibility for export shipments to Japan, including document preparation, packaging arrangements, and shipment coordination until products are dispatched from the company. - Supervise, guide, and support workers involved in the eggplant roasting and processing operations. - Ensure workers strictly comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food safety and hygiene regulations. - Monitor production performance and ensure productivity targets are achieved. - Control and ensure product quality at the roasting process meets company standards and Japanese customer requirements. Manage and assign tasks to production workers. Report production status, operational issues (if any), and propose improvement measures to management.
