This position manages the 2nd Shift resources targeting the Production plan that supports our customers demand. This position oversees all aspects of the business, Production, and support resources such as HR, Quality, Materials, maintenance, Security and Engineering. The main objective is to drive results, efficiently and with a high quality level.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for knowing the production requirements and achieving them with the levels of quality, efficiency and times required.
• Responsible for achieving planned productivity rates.
• Responsible for monitoring and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide 2nd Shift leadership to get results. (5S+1, One pc flow, Kan Ban, Security, continuous improvement and quality).
• Supervise personnel under his charge to maintain a good working environment and safety in it.
