Minimum Requirements

• Matric.
• Degree or National Diploma in Production / Operations Management.
• Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in a similar role within Production (preferably Automotive).
• Computer literacy – MS Office and Syspro.

  • Conduct continuous risk assessments and planned task observations.
  • Identify potential hazards and critical safety issues.
  • Address workplace hazards and risks.
  • Apply safety, health and environment practices and legal requirements when working on machines and equipment.
  • Conduct Toolbox, Safety Alerts and/or any other Safety information to teams.
  • Implement, maintain, improve and promote 5S in the workplace.
• Quality Management System
  • Comply with the requirements of the Manufacturing Quality Systems.
