An industry-leading automotive supplier seeks a strong Production Supervisor to join their growing team. The position is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the Production department to consistently meet safety, quality, productivity, cost and delivery requirements.

Responsibilities

• Measuring, reporting and meeting availability, efficiency/quality requirements, ensuring preventive maintenance activities are conducted, optimizing equipment, floor layout & 5S activities
• Work with Team Leads to ensure production staff work to company objectives regarding health and safety, quality and production volume
• Lead the creation of action plans and manage efforts to achieve manufacturing and plant goals
