**Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift - Pay up to $32/hr**

**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead and manage our second shift team from Monday to Thursday, with additional hours on Fridays. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising approximately 30 team members in either press or assembly teams. This is a direct hire opportunity where you will play a key role in ensuring efficient production and high-quality standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Supervise, lead, and train members of press or assembly teams.
+ Plan, assign, and direct workflow to optimize production.
+ Monitor total output, quality, and compliance with 6S practices.
+ Analyze production and scrap records to improve measures.
+ Maintain compliance with ISO/TS standards and accurate documentation.
+ Recommend measures to motivate employees and improve methods.
