Job Title: Production Supervisor, 3rd Shift
Location: Germantown, WI

As a **Production Supervisor** , you will lead shift operations to deliver safe, high-quality, and efficient production. This role ensures compliance with safety, food safety and quality standards while meeting production targets and developing a high-performing team. The operating hours are Sunday to Thursday, 11:00PM – 7:30AM.

**Your Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead daily production activities to meet volume, yield, and schedule targets.

• Promote and enforce safety, GMP, HACCP, and regulatory compliance.

• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of 18–20 operators.

• Monitor performance (OEE, downtime, waste) and drive improvements.

• Ensure accurate production, quality, and sanitation documentation.

• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Planning to maintain operations.
