The Production Supervisor is responsible for directing and coordinating assigned departmental operations within the plant. Responsibilities include meeting plant objectives for quality, quantity, cost and delivery. The individual controls the area’s schedule, quality control, allocation of materials and equipment. He/she is responsible for the planning and implementation of the safety program for the area and is responsible for the training of employees in his/her area to include Hazardous Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and emergency spill response procedures, if appr...
