Position: Production Supervisor

Location: Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production operations and ensure timely execution of production plans
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance teams when required
• Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Handle manpower planning and manage contract workers/operators
• Maintain production reports and shift documentation
• Reduce wastage and improve operational efficiency
• Ensure smooth line changeovers and minimize downtime
• Support worker training and maintain discipline on the production floor
• Coordinate with QA, warehouse, and maintenance departments for smooth operations
• Ensure safety practices are followed across the production area
