In this role, you will manage and coordinate production operations by executing production plans, maintaining service levels, and ensuring adherence to quality and food safety standards. As a manager, you will be responsible for overall production performance and efficient use of resources. Experience with FMCG production processes, quality systems, and food safety standards will be essential to your success.

To be considered, candidates should hold Matric (Grade 12) and a Certificate or Diploma in Production. This role also requires relevant experience within a fast-paced FMCG or food manufacturing environment, including the ability to set, operate and maintain production equipment. Strong leadership and attention to detail and the ability to manage teams, enforce SOPs, and maintain food safety and quality standards will be advantageous.
