A Day in the Life:

Responsible for the safe and efficient supervision of day-to-day assigned Crush, Refinery, Milling or Packaging production operations department shift. Support the Mgr-Production Operations in monitoring and improving plant productivity.

What You'll Be Doing:

Cultivate a safety culture where unsafe acts are not tolerated and employees and management have a common goal of zero injuries.

Oversee assigned department production shift activities (crush, milling, boiler house) to ensure operations are running at the highest levels of efficiency.

Commitment to supply safe food, maintain a food safety culture within the site, continually improve the site's food safety management system; and comply with customer and regulatory requirements.
