**Production Supervisor**

**Job Description**

The Production Supervisor leads the assembly team and oversees daily production operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output. This role analyzes production and material schedules, manages labor capacity, and coordinates closely with cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. The Production Supervisor uses SAP to plan and control production activities, supports continuous improvement, and ensures on-time delivery of finished products to customers.
