Wulff Works Oy is seeking a Production Supervisor for their Kerava laundry to support daily operations, lead the team, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and participate in hands‑on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities and support workers.
• Act as a substitute for the production manager.
• Monitor metrics and ensure safety, quality and efficiency.
• Onboard new employees.
• Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Finnish and English.
• Prior experience in laundry, manufacturing, logistics or food industry is an advantage.
• Strong leadership skills and a positive attitude.
