Sets up and arranges the shifting schedule of production workers and ensuring completeness of manpower
Supervises and coordinates production activities
Ensures an efficient performance of production workers according to established procedures, guidelines and standards of filling, packaging and quality control
Monitors the availability of raw and packaging materials for use of the incoming shift
Conducts on line inspection of process parameters
Develops, leads, trains production personnel to improve their productivity
Monitors the work attitude and performance of production personnel
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degreein Food Technology, BS Electrical Engineering and BS in Industrial Engineering
At least1 year of working experience in a Food Manufacturing company
With knowledge in ISO is an advantage
