Are you a hands-on supervisor with experience in meat or food processing? We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead our team, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and food safety compliance are consistently met.
What You’ll Do
Supervise and coach production staff to achieve daily targets and maintain efficiency.
Plan and coordinate daily and weekly production schedules.
Monitor yields, line efficiency, and packaging waste.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and all food safety, quality, and HR regulations.
Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Report production performance to management and drive operational excellence.
Requirements
3–5 years’ supervisory experience in a meat or food processing environment , preferably unionized.
National Diploma or Degree (HACCP certification preferred).
