RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide strong and effective leadership, including performance management.
• Ensure safe and efficient coordination of production activities.
• Maximize production capability through technology and best work practices for continuous improvement.
• Achieve consistent safety, environmental, operational, and quality objectives by promoting and enforcing policies, rules and regulations.
• Ensure standards for housekeeping are maintained.
• Be an effective communicator with strong verbal, written and presentation skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Three to five years of related supervisory experience, preferably in a unionized environment.
• Post‑secondary education in Woods Products Manufacturing or Business Administration is preferred.
