**SCOPE**:
RegO Mexico, we are opening the **Production Supervisor position**.
Considering the current necessities for this subsidiary this contributor will covering controls and duties which are going to serve as drivers of standardization and continuous improvement within REGO's distribution system.
The **Production Supervisor** is a key contributor with a direct reporting relationship to the Operation Manager.
The role requires daily interaction with other cross-business teams within Rego Mexico to maintain and meet organizational goals and objectives.
These groups include: Warehouse, Sales, Finance, and Human Resources.
Maintaining assembly and production standards, planed budget, productivity and quality KPI ́s, safety, and identifying and new continuous improvement opportunities, are critical performance criteria for this position.
