**Job Title: Production Supervisor**
**Job Description**
This role oversees production operations in a manufacturing facility, leading multiple departments and ensuring that shift goals, safety standards, and production capabilities are consistently met. The Production Supervisor serves as the primary leader on shift, spending most of their time on the production floor to support, guide, and develop team members while driving continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead and supervise production activities across 4–5 departments operating simultaneously, with approximately 4–5 team members in each department.
+ Serve as the primary supervisor in charge for the entire shift, providing clear direction, support, and oversight to all assigned employees.
