**Position Summary:**
The Production Supervisor has the responsibility to provide decision-making and support functions for their department. This includes the responsibility to ensure adequate team coverage and product integrity with accepted and approved Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and documentation principles. Through written and verbal communications, the Supervisor is required to provide and receive essential information to ensure that the department produces at optimum efficiency/performance levels.

**Shift:** This is a full-time position working a variable 12-hour shift schedule. The role primarily provides coverage on weekends (Friday–Sunday), though shifts may also be scheduled during the week based on business needs. Flexibility is essential, as the schedule will vary depending on coverage requirements. This is not a weekends-only position. Employees working night hours are eligible for a 5% shift differential.
